Group Description :
Our Sequence dancing group offers a welcoming environment for social dance partners of all experience levels. It includes dances inspired by Ballroom and Latin style dances. Our dancing combines easy to follow routines with lively music, helping members build confidence, improve coordination, stay active and make new friends.
