Seated Tai Chi offers a series of gentle exercises to maintain and enhance mobility. The sessions are conducted by our tutor: Bernie Lafferty. It is hoped that the activity will continue throughout the year but the class prefer to commit to a series of blocks at a time. In the event that the course is full, priority will be given to those who are already undertaking the class.
