New Zumba class. Zumba is a lively dance fitness class using Latin and world rhythms. It's impossible not to move with the music! Taster session at 11 am on Tuesday 15th September at cost of £2 (email me to get your name on the list). Subsequently offered in a 5 week block, payable in advance. Your tutor will show you the steps to go with the music in routines suitable for u3a members. You will soon be addicted! Zumba in Action
